What locations do you currently serve?
We currently provide services in Mumbai and Bangalore. The transportation cost will be calculated based on your event location.
How far in advance should I book my celebration?
Orders must be placed at least 5 working days in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
What if I want to customize my setup?
We offer multiple add-ons, including balloon decor, neon signs, and more. If you have a specific theme in mind, you can choose from our available themes or contact us for customization options.
Can I book a birthday celebration as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely! You can surprise a loved one by booking a celebration for them. Simply provide the recipient’s details, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Does the setup include food and cakes?
No, we do not provide food or cakes. However, we offer recommendations for trusted cake vendors. If you order from Healthy Treats in Mumbai, we can facilitate the delivery to your venue.
How long does setup take?
Our team requires a minimum of 4 hours before the event to complete the setup.
Will the team stay during the party?
No, our team will only be present during the setup and will return after the event for dismantling. If you have booked additional services like a photographer, game host, or emcee, they will be available during the event.
Can I make changes to my booking after placing the order?
Once an order is placed, modifications, exchanges, or cancellations are not allowed. Please review your selections carefully before checkout.
What happens if something gets damaged during the event?
All elements provided in our packages are on a rental basis and remain the property of Make My Birthday. If any items are lost or damaged, a reimbursement charge will be applicable.
How is the transport cost calculated?
The transport cost is automatically calculated based on the distance from our base locations in Andheri West (Mumbai) and Kanakapura Road (Bangalore) to your event venue.
What if my venue requires special permissions for setup?
Some venues may require prior permissions for decorations or setup. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained before our team arrives.
Can I add additional services like a magician or live entertainment?
Yes, we offer entertainment add-ons such as magicians, emcees, and game hosts. These must be pre-booked along with your package.
